What forms of payment are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit cards are accepted. Deposits in Oxxo, transfer in SPEI and PayPal are also accepted.
Where are you from, do you have a physical store?
We are from Guadalajara, Jalisco. Although we do not have a physical store, we still have shipments within the ZMG and in case you want to make a change or return, it can be done at no extra cost.
Do you have home deliveries in Guadalajara?
Orders within Guadalajara are sent through a local parcel service and are divided into 2 zones. The cost of Zone 1 (Guadalajara, Zapopan, Tlaquepaque and Tonalá within Periférico) is $59 pesos and that of Zone 2 ( Guadalajara, Zapopan, Tlaquepaque and Tonalá, outside Periférico) is $99 pesos.
What parcel do you use and what shipping destinations do you have?
Pulaski reaches the entire Mexican Republic through Estafeta, the shipping cost is $149 regular pesos (3-8 business days after processing and shipping) and $259 express shipping (2-4 business days after processing and shipping), shipments to extended areas or remote populations may require an additional amount of $99 pesos.
What is the time to process orders?
The time to process orders may vary depending on the availability of the product and the materials, so we recommend you contact us after making your purchase to find out when your order will be shipped.
What is the delivery time?
After the order is processed, the shipments for the entire republic will arrive from 3 to 8 business days in regular shipments and from 1 to 3 business days in express shipments as long as they are not pre-sale models, or on request and have immediate availability in warehouse, each model indicates the shipping time and date in the description, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to send us a message through social networks to contact us.

Do you have a section system?
 At the moment we do not have a section system.
What numbering/sizes do you handle?
 The sizes that we handle are in the Mexican numbering (centimeters, 22-27), in some models we do not have 22 or 27, if you have doubts about your size or you use the one from another country, do not hesitate to ask us!
How to take care of your Pulaski?
Our shoes do not get along well with water, so we
we recommend that you avoid getting them wet. The lower part of the espadrilles,
which is made of jute, it should never get wet.
To clean jute we recommend
clean them from side to side with a soapy brush and remove the
soap with a damp cloth.
You can keep your espadrilles in good condition for longer if you always keep them dry.
