Policy of Changes and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with every pair of Pulaski you buy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept the exchange of your Pulaski, fulfilling the following conditions. We ask you to review our policies before making your first purchase with us.

1. Each pair must be in perfect condition (original packaging, unused, without scratches and with all its accessories).
2. In the case of returns, the amount will be returned as a credit to buy another Pulaski product of equal or greater cost, paying the difference. In no case will it be returned in cash or bank transfer.
3. To make a change in size, you must request it within the first 15 calendar days from the day your package was sent. Said change can be for the same model or a different model of equal or greater cost than the initial one, paying the corresponding difference.
4. Because producing conscious fashion implies having conscious prices, we do not include the costs of changes in our regular prices. The amount of the cost of the parcel that the customer will pay in the first change will be $299 in total ($150 for the return and forwarding guides each), which will have to be deposited in the Santander account with Clabe Interbank: 014320655089745478 to avoid changes you can contact us and thus decide which size would fit you best.
5. All orders are thoroughly checked before being shipped but if there is a defect contact Pulaski, in this case we will absorb the cost of the parcel.
6. For each change or return, photographs must be sent showing the upper and lower part of the footwear, if it is a change by default, it must be highlighted, since you already have the evidence, it must be sent to the email info@pulaski.mx along with the deposit or transfer to be evaluated by our returns administration.
7. Once the return is accepted, we will send you a guide to print, paste on the package and deposit it at the post office closest to your home.

7. Our products have a 15-calendar-day guarantee for manufacturing defects. Once the guarantee expires, no changes or returns can be made.

Remember that our footwear is 100% handmade, so they may have small aesthetic differences from other pairs, but they will be almost imperceptible and do not affect the functionality or quality of your Pulaski in any way.

There will be no changes or returns on products purchased with offers and/or discount codes.

Pulaski reserves the right to modify or change return policies at any time, so check back frequently.

We ask you to carefully review the shipping data since for packages lost or sent to an incorrect or incomplete address, if the error was made by the client, Pulaski cannot be held responsible.
